Ordering Frog Legs is as Simple as 1, 2, 3!  Frog Legs are designed to be the best, most accurately engineered product you will ever put on your wheelchair.  We recognize that every wheelchair is unique so we build each set of caster forks specifically for you.  In order to do this, there are a few questions you will be asked to answer.  

Please be prepared to provide the following information:

Step 1. What make and model of chair you're outfitting.  We will suggest the appropriate model of Frog Legs and incorporate the proper stembolt to match up with your wheelchair. Naturally, we've got most types of chairs covered.

Step 2. The rider's weight.  In order for your shock absorber to function properly, the polymer cylinder contained within the "hinge" of the fork must be the proper stiffness for your weight class. We carry the appropriate polymers for all rider weights ranging from 40 to 300 pounds --- Just provide us with the user's weight and we will take care of it from there. Why is weight important

Step 3. The CBTF of the chair to be outfitted with Frog Legs. CBTF? That's short hand for Caster Barrel to Floor height, and it impacts the tilt of the chair. We customize our shocks to keep the chair and the rider at the exact same height at which you are currently comfortable. This is a very simple--- but very important! --- measurement.  Add this to the size of the wheel desired and we will have all the information we need. What is CBTF
