Frog Legs Uni-Tine Caster Forks were developed as a option for low-profile wheelchairs where our traditional shock absorbing fork is too tall. Although it is not a suspension fork, The Uni-Tine caster forks allow users who are currently confined to narrow small wheels to upgrade to our wider, more functional EPIC Soft Roll wheels that are better suited to handle a variety of surfaces such as cobblestones, carpet, and gravel.

The single prong is located on the inside, making it less likely to catch on debris and turn the wheel sideways.

Accepts 3, 4, or 5 inch diameter wheels up to 1.5" wide.

Available in both bearing-in-fork style and traditional style where the fork’s stem bolt attaches into the chair’s caster barrel housing.

Available in black or silver as standard colors. Some custom colors available by contacting our customer service department.

All forks CNC machined of 6061-T6 aluminum.

1144 stress-proof single shaft axle is designed for durability.

1144 steel stress-proof clear zinc plated hollow flanged studs (stem bolts) available in both metric and imperial measurements.

Bearing-in-fork design contains 6001 double-sealed, 12mm id bearings or 2R8RS double-sealed ½ inch id bearings.

Lifetime limited warranty on fork with exception of bearings. Bearings will need to be replaced periodically due to normal wear.
